Welcome to www.naomiives.com, operated by Naomi Ives (“I”, “me”, or “my”).

By using this website or booking services through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or my services.

1. Services

I provide remote career coaching, ongoing 1:1 coaching, consultations, and digital resources, as described on this website.

​

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis and are intended to support personal and professional development. They do not replace legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.

​

2. Eligibility

By using this website or booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

​

3. Bookings & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is required in advance unless explicitly agreed

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe unless otherwise agreed

  • I do not store your full payment details

​

Programmes & Ongoing Services

Where services are delivered over a set period (for example, multi-week programmes or monthly coaching), payment covers the agreed coaching period and access to support during that time.

​

Unused sessions, missed calls, or early termination do not entitle you to a partial refund unless required by law or explicitly stated on the service page.

​

Some services require a minimum commitment (for example, a 3-month minimum). By booking these services, you agree to the full minimum term and associated payments.

​

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

1:1 Calls & Coaching Sessions

  • You may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable

5. Refunds

Refunds are only offered where required by law or where explicitly stated on the relevant service page.

​

Due to the nature of coaching services and digital content, refunds are not available once services have begun or digital resources have been accessed, unless legally required.

​

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact hello@naomiives.com.

6. Digital Resources & Website Content

All content on this website — including text, resources, templates, and branding — is owned by me unless otherwise stated.

​

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

  • Share paid resources with others

  • Use my content for commercial purposes without written consent

Content is for personal use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal, or financial advice.

​

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. I make no guarantees regarding specific results, job offers, income, or outcomes.

8. Between-Session Support

Where included, between-session support is provided on a reasonable, best-efforts basis.

This support does not constitute on-demand, emergency, crisis, or mental health support, and response times may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of this website or services

  • I am not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or links

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be legally excluded.

10. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential unless:

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • There is a risk of harm to you or others

11. Third-Party Links & Tools

This website may include links to third-party websites or tools.
I am not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

12. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time.
The most recent version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
