I work with professionals who are exploring remote work and want clearer direction on how to make it happen using the experience they already have.
This might mean refining how they present themselves on paper and online, getting structured support with a remote job search, or having one-to-one guidance while they make decisions about their next move.
The work is designed for people who aren’t starting from scratch, but who feel unsure how to position themselves, what roles make sense, or how to approach remote work in a more structured, sustainable way.
No. You don’t need to already have a remote role.
The services are designed to support different starting points - whether that’s getting your profile remote-ready, taking a more structured approach to a remote job search, or working one-to-one to clarify your options and next steps.
The focus is on realistic strategy, clear positioning, and informed decision-making based on your skills, experience, and circumstances. I don’t promise instant job offers or quick fixes.
Once you’ve booked your intro call, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to a Google Meet call.
During the call, we’ll talk through your current situation, goals, and what’s feeling unclear or challenging right now. The aim is to understand where you’re starting from and what kind of support would actually be useful.
After the call, I’ll put together a short personalised plan outlining possible next steps and which service (if any) might be the best fit. You’ll have time to review this in your own space - there’s no pressure to commit.
All sessions are held online via Google Meet.
This allows you to join from anywhere and makes it easy to work across different time zones.
I currently offer live calls between 9am and 2pm GMT.
If we work together on an ongoing basis, I may also offer limited asynchronous support outside of calls, where included. This is provided on a reasonable, best-efforts basis, and response times may vary.
If we work together on an ongoing basis, some asynchronous support may be included, depending on the service.
Where included, between-session support is offered on a reasonable, best-efforts basis. This might include brief check-ins, questions, or clarifications between calls.
This support isn’t on-demand or urgent support, and it doesn’t replace emergency, crisis, or mental health care. Response times may vary.
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refundable, as the time has been reserved specifically for you. If something unexpected comes up, just get in touch - I aim to be fair and human about these things.
Refund policies vary depending on the service.
In general:
• Intro calls and one-off sessions are non-refundable once booked or once they have taken place
• Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place, and unused sessions cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash

What I can offer is thoughtful, realistic guidance based on lived experience, professional background, and a genuine interest in helping you move forward. Your results will depend on your effort, circumstances, and follow-through.

The work combines elements of coaching, such as reflection and decision-making, with hands-on career advice around positioning, applications, and next steps. In practice, it’s closer to advisory than traditional coaching.
The focus is on helping you make informed, realistic choices about remote work, using your existing experience, not on mindset work or motivation alone.
All prices are listed in GBP and payment is required in advance.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe unless otherwise agreed. I do not store your payment details.
